These terms cover the DEMAND1 Concierge, an AI guest concierge for vacation rental homes provided by DEMAND1 (Converging Systems, LLC, doing business as DEMAND1), including its text messaging program described below.
DEMAND1 Concierge text messages are sent by DEMAND1 (Converging Systems, LLC) through its AI guest concierge platform, on behalf of the vacation rental properties that use it.
Guests with a confirmed booking may receive their concierge link, information about their stay and check-in, reminders such as pre-registration, and replies to requests they made. Owners, managers and staff may receive alerts about new bookings and guest issues that need attention. We do not send marketing messages.
Guests opt in on their private concierge page, on the welcome screen or in the conversation, by entering their mobile number and checking a box next to the consent wording. After opting in, guests receive a confirmation text. Owners, managers and staff opt in by entering their own mobile number in the platform's settings, under the same disclosures. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking or of using the concierge.
Message frequency varies with your stay or your role. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; you'll receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email jp@demand1.com.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
