DEMAND1 (Converging Systems, LLC, doing business as DEMAND1) is a technology company. We provide an AI guest concierge platform to vacation rental owners and property managers ("our clients"). This policy explains what information the platform handles, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Guests of our clients' properties: booking details provided by the property or its reservation systems (such as your name, stay dates and booking reference), the messages you exchange with the concierge (typed, or spoken and converted to text), notes the concierge keeps to help during your stay (for example, plans you mention), and your mobile number if you provide it. If you agree to receive text messages, we also keep a record of that consent: when it was given, the wording you were shown and the IP address it came from.
Our clients and their staff: names, email addresses and mobile numbers used to operate the platform and receive alerts.
Website visitors: basic technical information such as your browser type, collected by our hosting provider to keep the site running.
Only to provide the concierge service: answering questions, sharing information about the property and your stay, helping with problems, alerting the owner or manager when a person is needed, and improving the information the concierge uses. We do not use your information for advertising.
We use carefully chosen providers to run the platform, including cloud hosting, AI language services, voice and speech services, email, and text messaging. They process information only as needed to provide those services to us.
If you provide your mobile number, we use it only to send the text messages described in our Terms & Conditions. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except with the service providers that deliver the messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Conversation and booking information is kept as long as our client needs it to operate their property and the service, and is then deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Information is stored with reputable hosting providers, transmitted over encrypted connections, and accessible only to people who need it to provide the service.
The service is intended for adult guests and property staff. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or stop receiving text messages (reply STOP). Contact us at jp@demand1.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
